Shipping 

Orders placed before 2pm should normally be dispatched on the same day using Royal Mail 1st Class post*. Royal Mail aim to deliver all 1st class mail next day, but this is not a guaranteed service and may take 2-3 days**. For Europe and Rest of World it is delivered via Airmail.

For UK if you require a Express Next Working Day Special Delivery* this is available for orders placed before 2pm on a working week day (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on a Friday before 2pm are delivered on Monday. Orders placed on Friday after 2pm, Saturday or Sunday will be delivered Tuesday**. The cost for this service is £7.25. If you require a guaranteed Saturday delivery please call us to find out the price for your delivery. For the majority of our Special Delivery orders we use APC Overnight and you will be able to track your order by post-code and consignment number here. Ocaasionally we use Royal Mail and you can track via Tracking Number here.

* Excluding week-ends and Bank Holidays. Subject to stock availability. We cannot accept liability for late deliveries. No postage refunds for late deliveries.

** We obtain proof of postage for all orders. All parcels over a value of £40 must be signed for, so please ensure there is someone available to receive parcels at the delivery address. We cannot offer refunds for postage.

*** This is for orders up to a maximum of 10kg. If we receive an order above this weight we will contact you after receipt of order to confirm the additional delivery costs for the recommended service.

Returns and Exchanges

All website order returns:

• must be sent within 15 working days to the dance locker, 53 Great Norwood Street, Cheltenham GL50 2BQ for either an exchange or a refund.
• All orders are double checked, however if any errors occur please inform us within 48 hours from receipt of order.
• must be sent postage paid. We recommend recorded post as we accept no responsibility for mislaid return parcels.
• must be sent in new re-saleable condition in the original manufacturer packaging with tags still attached.

All tights, underwear and special orders are a final sale. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Straight exchanges (same code but different size or colour) will be sent postage paid by the dance locker for UK mainland only. Postage will be charged for any additional items or different styles ordered in exchange. Postage costs can only be refunded if the reason for your return or exchange is because of an error on our part or faulty goods, this will be at standard Royal Mail 1st Class Post cost.

*** Free Delivery - If the value of your order qualified you for free delivery, but you then return items to fall under the free delivery category then you will be refunded for the returned item less the applicable postage charge of your order. If the full order is returned then the total cost of Postage & Packing will be deducted from the refund.

There is no charge for exchanges however there is a £4 handling charge per item for ALL refunds for goods received after 15 working days. All refunds are for merchandise only. Postage is non-refundable in any circumstances. We endeavour to process refunds as quickly as possible however it can take up to 15 working days.

Please note: for the Christmas period (goods purchased between December 1st and end of December) we will extend the returns policy on unused items in a re-saleable condition (i.e. unworn, in original manufacturer packaging with tags still attached) until the end of January.
