After noticing a shortage of quality dancewear outlets within the Gloucestershire, Worcestershire and Wiltshire areas, we decided to open up 'the dance locker'. The dance locker has been open for business since the end of September 2008 with the shop having been fully refurbished to provide a welcoming shopping experience with a wide range of dancewear clothing, shoes and accessories available from top brands including Bloch, Capezio, Papillon, Mirella, Freddy, Aris Allen, Bleyer and Tappers & Pointers.

In this economic climate we know how important it is that you get value for money, that is why we are are as competitively priced as we can with the leading internet websites, with our unique selling point being our service to you. The response has been overwhelming with customers coming into the shop from not only Cheltenham, Gloucester, Tewkesbury, Cirencester, Stroud and Forest of Dean but Oxford, Swindon, Reading, Worcester, Bristol and Cardiff. The shop is on the outskirts of the main shopping area of Cheltenham which means street parking is slightly easier, but should it be necessary there are two local car parks in Bath Terrace and Commercial Street; which are just a 2 minute walk away. The website business continues to grow and to cope with the increased demand we launched a new website in July 2009, we hope you like it.

Pointe Shoes

Debbie is a Bloch & Grishko trained pointe shoe fitter. Pointe shoe fitting is available at the shop and although not always necessary, we do recommend that you book your pointe shoe fitting in advance, as each fitting can take up to 1 hour.
